TRANSATLANTIC RELATIONS AFTER THE TRUMP ADMINISTRATION

Baltic American Chamber of Commerce (BACC) is pleased to work together with Europaen Union Studies Center and invite you to a conversation with Federica Mogherini, High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs & Security Policy (2014-2019) & Rector, College of Europe. The discussion will be moderated by John Torpey, Director, Ralph Bunche Institute for International Studies.

The conversation will explore the consequences of the Trump administration’s approach to alliances and diplomatic relationships for the incoming administration and the future of transatlantic relations more broadly. Can the relationship be restored to its earlier, more taken-for-granted status? If so, would that be desirable? How have Europe’s foreign relations changed as a result of the Trump administration’s retreat from overseas partnerships?
