On December 8th, 2020 the Baltic American Chamber of Commerce (BACC), in collaboration with Hodgson Russ LLP organized a discussion Banking Options for your US Subsidiary.

The discussion featured issues that companies from the Baltic States and other European countries encounter when setting up operations in the US. The panelists shared insights on how to open a bank account if the US company is operated from Europe, how to form a US subsidiary quicklya, are there any alternative banking solutions for European companies etc.
