Roundtable Discussion in Vilnius, Lithuania: U.S. Taxation of Baltics Companies

Taxes are always a highly sensitive issue for business. This roundtable discussion will focus on U.S. taxation of foreign transactions, namely, what are the required taxes Baltics companies must pay once they conduct business in the U.S.; what are the most advantages ways for Baltic companies to conduct business in the U.S. in terms of tax law (incorporate company or have representative office, or to deal through distributors, or other).

Stacey Mirinaviciene is experienced in audits, tax, business consulting. She has over 20 years of experience in both international, and national business financial management, held several high level positions, including CFO, and Controller. S. Mirinaviciene is a Member of the American Institute of CPA’s (AICPA), the American Accounting Association (AAA), Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ASFE). S. Mirinaviciene had extensive international and national teaching experience. Currently S. Mirinaviciene is defending her doctoral dissertation at Vilnius University, one of the oldest and most famous establishments of higher education in Eastern and Central Europe.
