BAJ Accelerator, Scylla AI $1.2M Seed Round Deal Closed

Computer vision and AI security company, Scylla, announced today their $1.2M seed round to bring computer vision and AI security to the global market. 

 New York, NY, August 21, 2020 – The BAJ Accelerator is delighted to announce the investment in Scylla AI in an oversubscribed $1.2M USD Seed Round. Scylla, as seen in ForbesBBC, and Reuters, leverages Computer Vision and Artificial Intelligence for real-time threat detection across schools, hospitals, hotels, retail outlets, manufacturing plants and urban settings. The $1.2M seed round will be used to bring this important technology to the global market.

Co-investors joining this round include lead investor Mucker Capital, as well as Hustle FundVDOSH and Startup Bootcamp. Scylla will be joining an impressive portfolio at Mucker, including a recent $4B USD exit of Honey to Paypal.

Scylla also joins the ranks of the deep-technology investments of Capella Partners, which includes multi-billion dollar successes that leverage modern data science and advanced algorithms. Working with 65 global family offices exclusively in deep-tech investments, Capella’s portfolio companies have a collective valuation of over $6B USD.
