European Tech Night Set Focus to Smart Cities

Six European startups discussed and introduced their innovative solutions in smart cities, IoT, AI and sustainability on October 17th, 2019 at Bank of Ireland Innovation Lab in New York.

Capte (Netherlands), rvolt (Germany), Story Tracker (Ireland), nevisQ (Germany), Popertee (Ireland) and Precision Navigation Systems (Estonia) shared their ideas, how to enhance the quality and performance of urban services.

The Estonian startup Precision Navigation Systems, also known as HIVE, helps drones, robots, self-driving cars, e-scooters, IoT modules and any other GPS-equipped autonomous systems to be positioned, navigated and tracked with up to 1 cm precision. HIVE's CEO and founder Simon Litvinov had an interesting discussion about software and hardware solutions for precise GPS positioning and navigation. HIVE has been operating in Europe since 2018 but is showing up interest to enter the market in the United States.

One of the Baltic American Chamber of Commerce's (BACC) goals is to introduce our mission to the companies from Baltic States, to assist them to enter the U.S. market by providing support in different fields.
