Peter Kirschenbaum, Trademark Attorney at Pearl Cohen and BACC Member Addressed his Message to Lithuanian Food & Agriculture Companies

On Jun 27th, 2022 the member of the Baltic American Chamber of Commerce (BACC) Peter Kirschenbaum shared his experience with Lithuanian food & agriculture companies visiting New York City.

Peter spoke about the aspects of using and protecting trademarks and managing brands in the US, why is so important to protect trade marks when entering the US markets, how to register, manage trade mark portfolios and enforcing trademark rights.

The event was organized by the Embassy of Lithuania to the US and hosted by the Consulate General of Lithuania in NY.
